Cha Choeng Sao Football Club (Thai: สโมสรฟุตบอลจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา) is a Thailand semi-professional football club based in Chachoengsao Province. They have played in the Regional League Division 2 Central & Eastern.
History
At first, when Cha Choeng Sao FC was still an amateur club, they used to compete in the Yamaha Thailand Cup. In 1997, they managed to pass the eastern group stage and were promoted to the regional level (division 2). Cha Choeng Sao FC would join Thai Division 1 League in 2007. But they couldn't compete at this level, and were immdiately relegated to Division 2, after just one season. Since then, Cha Choeng Sao FC has been an ok second division team, and could qualify for the play offs in 2010-2011.
